Morning Everyone....Here I am with first of my posts for today so will keep it short....Today is the midway challenge reminder for A Gem of a Challenge,our theme this time is....
"LAVENDER & LACE"
I've used one of the new Vintage Christmas Sentiments from Pink Gem Designs for the main focus of my card.....I've then cut it out and made my layers with the Marvellous Squares from Spellbinders,really love this set which are also available from Pink Gem Designs......
The paper is an offcut I think it's by Doodlebug but not sure.....The ribbon is from my stash and the lace is from Crafty Ribbons which I have pleated along the bottom,finished off with a bow and one of the gorgeous glitz gems from Kaisercraft...And some small gems in the top corners...
And a little peek at the inside decorated to compliment the front....

Beautiful card. Love the colours. I have the marvellous squares but rarely use them as I have great difficulty getting this one out of the die - it usually tears even though I use centura pearl cardstock which is 300 gsm.
