And here's my card.....
I've used one of the new Vintage Step Card from Whichcraft....the paper is from my stash.....I've used Jodie in dungaree's from Pink Gem Designs coloured with promarkers and flexmarkers.....
The flowers are from Mulberry Crafts,the ribbon from Crafty Ribbons and the gems are from my stash...
The technique we are highlighting today is decoupage and as you can see in the picture above I have decoupaged Jodie's hair and legs....
