Time for my second Spotlight Designer spot,with Simon Says Stamp Challenge......
The theme this week is...
APRIL SHOWERS/SPRING FLOWERS
And the Design Team are highlighting Basic Grey/Bo Bunny products so if you have any we would love to see you use them,but don't worry it's not a requirement to join in....

And here's my card......
Something a bit different for me this time......
Again I've used an 8 x 8 card as it suited what I wanted to do....Lots of layers of spring coloured card on this one...I've pricked around the edge of the piece of white card using my Tim Holtz Design ruler ......On to this I've layered all my card.....I've then used a piece of paper out of the Basic Grey pad called Indie Blooms for my background.....I've then cut out four borders from my Sue Wilson Designs Lattice Accents set from Spellbinders ...I've then laid them over the decorative paper so they overlap......On to these I've cut four corners from the same set out of the dark purple card and just added them to the corners....
The flowers and sentiment are from the Hero Arts/Basic Grey set called Lauderdale Floral.....I've coloured with Promarkers and added a small pearl gem to the centre,these have then been put into the centre of the decorative paper.....I've then gone around the edge with some liquid pearls .....And just to finish off I have a double bow finished with a pearl brad through the centre...

Such an intricate card. Very clever use of the lattice. I can understand the need for an 8x8 card, where is one supposed to put on all the details and layers!
