Hooked On Crafts Challenge 13.....

Morning,

A beautiful frosty morning here, but so cold.....Did you all have a great weekend???.. we managed to get all the Christmas presents,just need to wrap them now,so that means there's only the food shopping to do now..... 

Today see's a new challenge over at Hooked On Craft and for this challenge we have a theme of.....

WINTER WONDERLAND

With this challenge it can have anything to do with winter; snowmen, christmas, penguins, cold things, blue, snowflakes, icy type things etc. 

This challenge will run until 10th of December...

I've used the cute snowman image from Hooked on Craft coloured with promarkers...My card base and layers have cut using my Go-Kreate dies........The icicles have been cut with my Marianne designs die and then covered with the fabulous glittery stuff from hunkydory.....The largest mat behind the snowman has been run through a snowflake embossing folder....

The flowers and gems are all also from Hooked On Craft.....The snowflakes have been punched with my MS punch and then they have had the glamour dust treatment.....The sentiment is from Pink Gem Designs......

Right I'm off to make 30 Christmas Cards all the same design for a friend of my Mum's who asked me at the weekend and my head was saying no can't do it no time and my mouth opened and went yes,I walked away thinking did I really just say yes,how mad am I,has it ever happened to any of you????.....Anyway have a great day.....

A Gem of a Challenge 35.....

Morning,

If your all reading this then Mr Blogger is playing nice and has published for me,we'll be on our way to Oxford,it's the Christmas shopping day,I hope to get everything today so all that's left to do will be the food shop...

Anyway today it's time for another challenge over at A Gem of a Challenge and my lovely team mate Christine is hosting again and she has the following theme for everyone......

I've used the ever so cute Jodie image from Pink Gem Designs,coloured with polychromos pencils blended with sansodor,and then cut out with my nesties......

The papers were from my bits box so I can't tell you who's they are by.....The card,pearls,ribbon,charm are from my stash.....

The pink tassle trim is from my stash....The sentiment is also from Pink Gem Designs....The flowers are all from Mulberry Crafts..... I'll look for challenges when I get back later today....Enjoy your weekend....

I've used kraft card to stamp onto as my bags will be kraft as well,I will show you once I make them.......I've used the cute little elf stamps from a Lindsay Mason set,coloured with polychromos pencils......

I used a nestie to cut all my layers out,the papers are from a papermania pad.....

For this one I've used Go-Kreate  tag dies to cut all my layers,the papers are again from the same papermainia pad.....The ribbons are from Crafty Ribbons......

The sentiment is from the same set......The snowflakes have been punched out with a MS punch and then I've  glittered them and put a pearl in the center......The ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons and the bell from my stash....Right got to dash teaching a class today....

A Gem of a Challenge 34.....

Hi everyone,

I know I'm late with my A Gem of a Challenge card,but this week ran away with me and then I just couldn't get a decent pic it's drizzling and dark here so this is the best I can do,sorry I will try to get some better ones......For this challenge Christine is hosting and has this fabulous sketch for you all,

but that's not all she would like to see some stitching faux or real and a sentiment......

I've used Andy on Sledge stamp from Pink Gem Designs coloured with promarkers.....The papers are from my stash as is the card,bell,snowflake charm and the bead snowflake.....

Crafty Ribbons Challenge 6......

Morning,

How you all doing??? good I hope....Can't believe it's time for another challenge over at Crafty Ribbons Challenge....This time we have Charlotta (La Vikinga) hosting and she has the theme of.....

ANYTHING BUT A CARD.......

If you get a chance please pop over and see the gorgeous things the rest of the Team have made.....Here is what I came up with.....

I decided to make a garland for Christmas,so I drew a Christmas tree template then cut out 8 trees from green felt,you could make as many as you want for the length of garland you want......

I've then used some of the buttons from the fabulous Button boxes from Crafty Ribbons,gorgeous colours, I've used buttons from the Christmas Berry box,I've then added some sequins and fixed all 8 trees along a length of ribbon again from Crafty Ribbons,and to top off the tree a slightly larger button on the top of it....

Right that's me done off now to hang the washing out,down to Mum & Dad's to do some bits,back home sort dinner,go to the repatriation this time it's earlier about 3pm and the poor lad coming home is only 21 years old,then pick Katy up from after school Textile Design club,back home Dinner,and then hopefully catch up with my commenting so see you all later....Oh and I'll add my extra bits to my Candy which I haven't got round to doing yet...

The twill ribbon,bakers twine,buttons,buckle,gems and screw head brads are again from my stash.....I've used my funky star punch from Woodware with a star button and some twine to just finish it off,and a piece of Tim Holtz film strip across.... Catch you all later....
