Hi Everyone.
I'm so sorry I'm late with this post, but my internet has been a bit iffy on holiday and I just couldn't get it to post this....... It's time for another challenge over at Cards for Men and our theme this time is.....

"G is For".....

We are sponsored for this challenge by......

 Letraset

ProMarkers are made by Letraset and are a twin tipped, dye based alcohol marker offering a high quality product at a great price. ProMarkers produce vivid, bright colours right through to the subtlest pastel shades - the translucent inks can also be overlaid and blended, even further extending the range of shades and hues on offer. ProMarker's quality nibs and inks provide flawless colour lay down with consistent coverage and no unsightly streaking.

For my card I've used one of the fabulous Teddy Bo images....

So as you can see my G is for Golf.....I've used some of the papers from MME called loved I think and I used both sides...All the card is from my stash.....

The candy is from Craftwork cards and the sentiment is from the LOTV set....The ribbon is from my stash....

Another Christmas Card...

Morning,
I'm still on holiday, but my last day tomorrow, then we have to wait until October for our next one...Hope your all having a lovely weekend, what ever your doing.the weather hasn't been great here, but I've managed to do some colouring so not to worried....
For this card I've used one of the cute Christmas Fizzy Moon stamps....

I've coloured with polychromos pencils blended with sansador, the cut out with my nesties...the papers are S.E.I but can't remember the name,I've used both sides...I've then layered on to pieces of white where I've punched the border with my MS Doily punch.....

I've used a Marianne die for the Christmas tree then run it through my swiss dots embossing folder...The snowflakes were punched with an MS punch...I've also used glamour dust for the hats and snow...And finished off with some narrow ribbon from my stash, and a red dot for the middle of the snowflakes....Think that's it for this card we are off out in a bit as the sun is just peeking through....But I'm just going to do a bit of hopping first, while everyone else get's ready....

Look more new ribbons...

Hi,Everyone,
Time to show you some more fabulous new ribbons from Crafty Ribbons again they are EXCLUSIVE you won't get them anywhere else.....Here we go.....

For this one I've used Funky Trees and Parcels..I've again cut the images from the ribbon I love that you can do this with these ribbons,I've then decoupaged the images up so another technique you can do with them.....

I love that Ali designed a sentiment ribbon to go with them,it's perfect, gorgeous colours...

Here you can see the decoupage.....
Right next one...Now for this I decided to make a gift bag,you just need two 12 x12 pieces of card...

I've used a MS punch around the page to make the white mount then I've cut lengths of the Christmas Baubles ribbon as a feature in the center....I've used a length of fluffy,oh I don't know what it's called, but it's from my stash, don't even know where I got it from, the white seam binding is from Crafty Ribbons....Katy has decided this bag is for her friend's pressies for Christmas...

I've just had a senior citizen moment and deleted the side view picture of the bag,I'm on holiday and so I don't have the bag with me to take another pic, will do it when I get home sorry....
And for my last card,I've used the let it snow ribbons  again fabulous contemporary colours...

I've used the fabulous Magnolia snowman, couldn't use these ribbons without one,I've used my spectum noir pens to colour him and added  lots of glitter....The ribbons again I've cut the  sentiments out added them to a piece of card and then layered to the card,...

It's nice to add ribbons in other ways to your cards other than just tying them or making a bow....
Well I'm on holiday and it hasn't stopped raining since about 8pm last night, but we are going to venture out so catch up with you all later...

Truly Scrumptious Challenge ....

Morning,
Yep another fortnight has flown by and it's time for another challenge over at Truly Scrumptious....The challenge this time is hosted by Anja and she has the theme of....

"ROCKED UP PINK"

Our sponsor for this week is Digis with Attitude and they are offering one lucky winner a $10 gift certificate to their on-line store.

image

I used one of the Kenny K images called "Brooklyn Babe" for my card.......

I know I have some green, but the paper I wanted to use  had some green and when I came to lay the image down it just needed something else, hence the green patterned layer....The card, pearl brads and ribbon are from my stash... I've coloured the image with promarkers this time,
but me having a senior citizen moment I wrote them on the back of the image, then promptly cut it out,so sorry just didn't give it a thought .....

The flowers are all from Mulberry Crafts, and the sentiment is from the film strip set from Whimsy Stamps,I've also used the film strip die to cut it out, they both came from My Mum's Craft Shop...
Now the sketch I had jotted down a while ago but unfortunately I didn't put down where it came from or who had designed it so I'm sorry I can't give credit, but if anyone does know please let me know and I'll add it in,fabulous to use it will defiantly be used again....
Right need to get in the shower now,but I'll be back later with another card using some more ribbons from Crafty Ribbons....See you later....

I have more for you......

Hi Everyone,
Time for me to show you some more gorgeous EXCLUSIVE ribbons from Crafty Ribbons, these are wonderful and the colours are just gorgeous......The range is called New England Christmas and can be seen here, now some of the pics are not there because the ribbons should have been with Ali and Tony today but when Ali tracked them they are somewhere in Paris,so we think they may just be doing a bit of shopping before they make their premiere appearance...lol....
Right onto my cards.....Two for today......

For this card I've used an A6 kraft card to keep the rustic New England feel then I've just used some Stick and Stay spray from Crafter's Companion on the front and then laid the ribbons in strips across the front...It gives a real lovely tactile finish to the card, really quick and simple if your doing batches of cards.....

My second card has a lot of mats, but again a simple card...I just cut one image from each design of the ribbons then made my mats to fit.......To finish off  I used some of the spotty and the Happy Christmas from the same range to go across the center and down the middle and I finished off with a bow....Katy said it looks like a present....
Anyway that's it for today, just going to start dinner for tonight I'm making a curry, then I need to make tomorrows card and come and visit you all....Take care.....
Don't forget we have a DT call over at Crafty Ribbons Challenge,so please popover and check it out

Another Sneaky peek..........

Morning,
Warning very long post.....lol....
I had a really busy day yesterday,Thames water went to my Mum and Dads to fix a leak on a pipe in their back garden, they duly dug up the patio found the leak replaced the pipe switched the water back on and because it was new pipe and had more pressure because there was no leak anymore it blew the pipe in doors by the stop cock so couldn't turn it off had to run for the outside one to turn it off, then get an emergency plumber to come and fix the pipe inside as Thames Water don't touch anything inside,OMG you should have seen the mess, finally got home at about 8 last night.....So today you have lots of pictures as some were from yesterday......
But first a little bit of news.....

The pencil buttons are again from my stash but can be brought at Crafty ribbons...The sentiment is from a stamp set from Little Claires........

Now onto todays ribbon..I decided not to make a card but to make these.....

I've cut out the fabulous snowmen images from the ribbon, then used a fabric glue to stick them on to the material..I've then made some lovely little sacks for Christmas so they can be filled with some sweets or chocolates..If you popover to the Crafty Ribbons Blog for Hello Wednesday Ali has a tutorial for you on how to use images from ribbon for card making ....Also while your there why not enter the Friday Freebie every week Ali And Tony give gorgeous ribbon away,to anyone who leaves a comment on the Hello Wednesday post here
