Nearly over.......

Morning everyone, 

Well that's it,my holiday is nearly over last day today,I hope Mr blogger has been playing nice and publishing everything for me..

Today is the day that you can all get the new Humphrey and Swalk stamps from Crafter's Companion,also don't forget to checkout Create and Craft over the weekend as there are lots of shows on showing off the new release as well......

As I said before I couldn't take part this time due to holidays but I have another Humphrey card to show you from the previous release.......

I've used Lottie and coloured her with distress inks,cut out with my Go-Kreate dies.....All the card is Tim Holtz cordeination the back has been scrunched and then distress ink wiped over,the red and yellow has been cut with a Tim Holtz alterations die then put through an embossing folder.......

The flowers I made with a Woodware punch,the sentiment is from the stamp set and the ribbon and gems are  from my stash..... 

Hope you've all had a great week and have an even better weekend what ever your doing....

Here's my card.....

For my card I've used the fabulous Little pocket mice from Meljen's designs coloured with polychromos pencils....The papers are by Basic Grey and the card,ribbon and buttons are from my stash....I've used my MS punch for the border.....

The sentiment is from a LOTV set stamped out onto a LOTV tag stamp and cut out.....The flowers are from Mulberry crafts .... Please checkout the rest of the teams fabulous cards.........

Morning,

Another scheduled post I'm hoping that I'm soaking up some sun,but you all know what the great British weather is like,so I'm probably somewhere really wet....

Right before I give you a look at a card what would you say to another little candy besides my main one that is running at the top of my blog.....Still celebrating my Birthday,so feeling like sharing it with you all.....

All you need to do is....

 Guess what county I'm on holiday in, (in the UK),I'll give you a clue it's somewhere in the south,

all correct entries will be entered and we will let Mr Random Org pick a winner next week when I'm back if there are more than one of you who guess right..... 

Now onto my card,as you've all probably seen today the Crafter's Companion DT will be giving you all some sneek peeks of the new Humphrey and Swalk stamps which are being released at the weekend,due to being on holiday I couldn't take part but thought I would show some of the cards I made for a previous release of the Tim Holtz coredination card,using Humphery......

I've coloured with distress inks cut out with a nestie.....The card as I said is from Tim Holtz coredination pad I run a piece through an embossing folder then sanded it the stars have been punched out with a funky hearts punch and then distress ink just rubbed over them and a button and some twine added....

The sentiment is from the stamp set and the ribbon is from my stash......

Hooked On Crafts Challenge 4.....

Evening everyone,

Hope you've all had a great weekend....Time for a new challenge over at Hooked on Crafts challenge and the theme for this one is......

 "CUTE AND CUDDLY".......

I've used  the image Cute puppy with ladybug coloured with polychromos pencils and blended with sansodor,I've then cut out and rounded two corner on the image and matted and layered it......The papers are from the Forever Friends springtime pad,the card is from my stash...I've used my MS punch to put a border onto the green card.....

All of the flowers are from Hooked on Crafts....The sentiment is from a sentiment set again from Hooked on Crafts.....The ribbon is from my stash....

A Gem of a Challenge 26.....

Hello! I am Roberta from Prairie Fairy Designs. I am a new digital stamp company featuring artwork not only created by me but also my two kids, ages 9 and 12. They are featured on the site as the Fairy Princess and the Prairie Prince.

I have been an artist for as long as I can remember and have always loved to create. Two years ago my sister-in-law invited me to a rubber stamp party. I laughed and said "Maybe I will buy something if I can use it to stamp on canvases.". Needless to say, I was hooked! Two years later and a lot of learning about computers, I have finally accomplished my goal.

While digital stamping is relatively new in the papercrafting scene, it is what I believe to be such an amazing tool. Printed images have such clarity and vibrancy and gone is the need to re stamp an image because you didn't press hard enough or maybe you pressed too hard! They are also a lot easier to store and they can be reprinted over and over again. The fact that you can rotate and flip files, print them off the size of a postage stamp or as large as a scrapbook page makes them such a versatile medium. It is my sincere hope that I can help anyone who has hesitations about using digital images to embrace these amazing creative tools. The Team got to play with some gorgeous images.....

 I used "HARLEY BOY" isn't he fabulous,I've coloured him with polychromos pencils blended with sansodor....The papers are from a pad I brought many years ago but the cover is missing so no idea who they are by..The card,brads,ribbon and key are from my stash......

The sentiment is from an Hero Arts stamp set and the stars were cut using dies from a star set.....I've pricked around the edge of the image and put brads into the corners....

Truly Scrumptious Challenge ....

The Team got to play with some images and I've used " A little birdie told me" for my card.....

I've used polychromos pencils to colour the image and blended with sansodor,I've just added some glamour dust to the end of the tail feathers.....The papers are from the Tatty Teddy paper pad and the card is from my stash......

Got to take Mum back to the Doctors this morning not going to be good as we went to hospital Monday evening her appointment  was 7.20pm,took the letter they sent and her doset box of tablets,only to find out that the tablets she was prescribed two weeks ago and is supposed to be having a checkup for today with the Doctor about them, have not been put into her box by the pharmacy so she hasn't been taking them,no wonder her legs etc haven't been getting any better,it could be a rough appointment...Hospital wasn't great either,they are just going to keep monitoring her they don't want to operate as they think her general health and age are all against her,so back again to that hospital in 6 weeks,anyways got to go,catch you all later...Take care...

Hooked On Crafts Challenge 3.....

Hi Everyone,

Hope you've all had a fabulous weekend..We ended up doing a job today which we hadn't bargained for,I went to my Mum's yesterday and then to get some shopping and while we were out our neighbour decided to get someone in to cut the hedge,our hedge mind you and he cut the top as well,well it was like a donkeys hind leg all over the place so we had to cut it straight,it would have drove me mad as it goes the whole length of the garden and every time I was in the kitchen I was looking at it,but all sorted now...

Anyway it's time for a new challenge at Hooked on Crafts and our theme for this challenge is.....

"WITH LOVE"....

It could be a Wedding card,hearts,love etc...

I have used Cupid sitting on a heart from Hooked on Crafts coloured with polychromos pencils blended with sansodor...I've then cut him out and layered him onto a heart and mat cut out with my nesties,I ran the white one through the swiss dots embossing folder...The white background has been run through a heart embossing folder....The card,ribbon and gems are from my stash....

All of the gorgeous flowers and leaves are from Hooked on Crafts and the sentiment is from a set also from Hooked on Crafts...

I've used Josh and Puppy from Pink Gem Designs for my card coloured with polychromos pencils and blended with sansodor...The papers are from Stella and Rose and the card from my stash....

I used one of the Tim Holtz alterations dies to make the rosette and the ticket is also one of Tim Holtz's....The twill is from my old sewing bag and the buttons from my button box....

Another Sneaky peek..........

I've finally managed to get Mr Blogger to let me do a post yesterday I got an error message all the time,and today I've been mega busy finishing off samples and doing my daily bits and pieces,so I've had a long soak in the bath and here I am....I have two cards for today as I couldn't do yesterdays...Don't forget These new images will be exclusive to Crafter's Companion members from this Friday.
