Cute card Thursday....

Right here is my second offering for today....

I would like to enter this into Cute card thursday challenge - sketch

I have used Andy with ballon from Pink Gem Designs coloured with polychromos pencils and blended with paper stumps and sansador...All of the card is again from my stash..I have punched the stars with a woodware punch...I don't very often use mirri card but I thought it went well with the colours I have used my Hougie Board to do a sunray effect on it..

The ribbon I got from one of my weekends away and the sentiment is also from Pink Gem Designs

I have put a bit of twine through the buttons and just stuck them to the stars..Going now to get some lunch and then I need to make my cards for my class next week as I'm going away again this weekend..Don't forget I've got a new candy running check it out at the top of the page...Catch up with you all later..Take care..

Charisma Card Challenge....

Morning,
Well what a couple of days..You know I said just when life starts to get back to normal something happens yep it did..to start at the begining monday morning katy went to have her shower as usual before school when all of a sudden she screamed anyway I went running to see what was the matter so I'm stood shouting thinking all sorts of things had happen when she opened the door to tell me that the shower had started alright but had then gone to cold water that's why she had screamed so panic over she got dressed and went to school.... so I rang my brother who is a builder and plumber to see if he could come but couldn't get hold of him till the afternoon he couldn't do anything till yesterday are you still with me..anyway to cut a long story short I had no electric yesterday while he fixed it..It meant I couldn't do anything so I made two cards here is the first one and I will post the second straight after....
                          

I would like to entere this into Charisma Cardz Challenge - Quotes

I have used a Hero Arts clings stamp stamped and cut out I have just added a bit of colour to the centre and stem..It is mounted on pads onto some white card which I put through my swiss dots embossing folder..I have then matted and layered it onto black card...

All of the card and paper is from my stash I can't tell you what the patterned is as there is no name on it...The ribbon is from my stash as well...The sentiment is from inkadinkadoo but I've had it for ages..A bit different from my usual style hope you like it..Off to post the next one..

Just Magnolia Challenge....

Morning,
Well it's drizzling here but it looks like the sun is trying to pop out...I have decided to enter the
 Just Magnolia Challenge ...Anything Goes...... for the first time with this card..

I'm a bit nervous as I'm not sure if I've done Tilda justice...I have coloured her with polychromos pencils blended with sansodor and paper stumps.. I have used glamour dust to highlight the lace on her umbrella and the rain falling and around her feet...All of the card is from my stash..the roses are from Tabbycrafts and I have sprayed them with pearl glimmer mist and sprinkled glamour dust on them the leaves are punched with my McGill punch....

The ribbon is from my stash as well and the centre on the bow is from A Maze of Memories..

Please let me know if I have done Tilda proud..Enjoy the rest of the day..Take care..

Morning All...

Hi Everyone,
Wow this is early for me but we have so much to do today..We have to go to the landfill site as Hubby cut my lovely Dad's hedge down yesterday evening he can't mange to cut it anymore because it means going up steps so his lovely neighbours have put up a 6 foot fence and have said they will keep it maintaned my Dad's side as well they are so kind and such a lovely couple..My Dad has a large garden the same  as we do so it's getting harder for us to look after both but we'll cope I'm sure..we also have to go to town for some bits and pieces I need to go to the craft shop to get my bits for my next class so all in all a very busy day...Anyway onto my card this is the one I was making for my friends daughter,she loves purple,books and sparkle so I hope I have them all covered, what do you think....

I have used a bookatrix embossing board to get the shape it actually has three papes but the pic is not doing it justice and the camera battery died after this two pics so I will try to put another one on later to show you.. and I used used lots of purple card from my stash..

The image is from Pink Gem Designs it's Chloe on her swing I have cut her out with my nesties and coloured with polychromos pencils blended with sansador and paper stumps...

The ribbon is from my stash as are the flowers which I think came from hobbycraft ages ago..

The sentiment is also from Pink Gem designs but I have cut it up and mounted it onto purple again.

The leaves are punched with my McGill punch..Think that is everything..Oh I would like to enter this into

Morning All...

Morning Everyone,

I'm back, fighting fit and feeling 100 times better than I did last week..wow did that cold last week take it out of me..Thank you for all your lovely comment's about my wedding anniversary..Anyway I spent yesterday afternoon making this card...

I've made it for the following challenge,

Penny Black Saturday Challenge...Monochromatic brown..

I have coloured the image with polychromos pencils and blended them with sansador and paper stumps..cut it out with my nesties and layered it..The paper is a doodlebug one and all of the card is from my stash.The flowers are from Bee Crafty and the centre and ribbon is from A Maze of Memories..The card and sentiment is from craftwork cards...I have punched the edge of the dotted card with a EK success punch and the little gems are from my stash...

I'm off now to make a card for a friends daughter so I will catch up with you all later...Don't forget if you haven't entered my candy you only have until tonight..Take care...

I've had a lovely day......And my Pink Gem Designs DT card....

Evening Everyone,
Firstly can I say sorry for being such a bad blogger these pass few weeks but it just seems everything is against me firstly my internet has played up or just not been working ,then I couldn't get on to blogger which seems to happen to me a fair bit ,then this last week I've been curled up on the sofa with a raging headache,cold and an awful sore throat I have managed to do some comments but not many so sorry to those of you who I didn't get round to... just when I think that's it, I'm back to normal oh no life say's not yet..Anyway today is my wedding anniversary and we have had a lovely day I didn't really feel like going out but hubby had everything booked so we had a lovely lunch I just went for a chicken salad,the place we went to is by the river so we sat and watched the boats went for a gentle walk and then did some people watching which I love..Enough rambling from me on to my card..This is my DT card for Pink Gem Designs I have used one of Janet's digi stamps it's Horace with his flowers...

I've made an easel  card using two kraft cards..Horace is coloured with polychromos pencils blended with sansador and paper stumps..I've put a bit of glitter onto some of his flowers..the die cut behind him is one of my new Mariennes designs dies the ribbon threaded through is from my stash...

A lovely day....

Hi Everyone,
Hope your all enjoying the sunshine it's been wonderful here again today..We went into town this morning and then I've been helping Hubby out in the garden this afternoon it really needed it after the winter..I have my Mum and Dad coming tomorrow for the day it gives them a change and we all get to sit and have lunch together..looking forward to next Sunday as it's my wedding anniversary and we are all going out for lunch it's funny how everything tastes different when you don't have to cook it yourself..On to my card...

I decided to make a small easel card cut out with my nesties..I then cut some mats with the same nesties from some doodlebug spotty paper and some card from my stash...The flowers were made with a free stamp from this month's crafty Stamper I stamped them out from some scrap paer and card the layered them up...

I finished them off with a gem dew drop in the centre..The border has been punched with one of my new Ek success punches and the ribbon is from my stash..The sentiment is computer generated..Anyway enjoy the rest of the weekend and I hope the sun keeps shining..Take care...

Winner of surprise candy!!

Evening everyone,
We have had a glorious day here today the sun is still shining..I have a half finished card to show for my efforts today...I had my cousin visit this afternoon so crafting had to take a back seat but I will finish it later and post tomorrow after we have been to town...I just wanted to announce the winner of my surprise candy..well two of you guessed right so I decided to let both of you be winner's... we spent the weekend in....

Surprise Candy......

Hi Everyone,

Hope your all having a lovely Easter break..The weather here is not brilliant,but I managed to take these pictures this is the view from our caravan so I thought I would do a surprise mini candy,it will run until 6pm Thursday 8th April 2010..All you have to do is try and guess which county I am staying in from the pictures below and leave a comment with your answer,if more than one person guesses the right county I will put their names into random org and pick the winner....

Pink Gem DT card.....

Morning Everyone,
wow we have sunshine here this morning I hope it stays as we are going away later this afternoon in the caravan...I'm not going to tell you were we are going..All will be revealed over the next few days...So I won't be posting any cards as Hubby has said I can only take a few bits with me as I usually try to take everything so I can keep crafting but it does get silly when there's no room for us, but I will try to use the mobile internet and visit you all as I won't have the pressures of life to get in the way...On to my card this is my Pink Gem Designs DT card...I got to play with the lovely Maid Milly and Dillon her dragon,

Have you ever made one of those cards where you have an idea but by the time you have finished it,it is nothing like your idea well this is one of those...I did the front and then unusual for me I went onto do the inside really pleased with it though, as I wanted a cute little girly card, especially as I was checking the challenges and found I could enter it into the following

This is the inside of the card using Dillon again and Denny the Dragon also from Pink Gem Designs it's  not  showing up very well but I have used glamour dust around all of the edges of the mats for that bit of girly sparkle..Alll of the card is from my stash the pink on the front is swiss dots,,the flowers are from Bee Crafty and the pearls and gem dew drops are from my stash as is the ribbon..

I promise that everything is straight even though it looks crooked it's the way the card is standing or it might even have been the way I was standing who know's sorry..Anyway have to go now as I neeed to finish putting some bit's into the caravan..I will catch up with you all over the next few days can't wait..Have a lovely Easter break everyone what ever your all doing..Take care..
