Morning everyone,
Hope you all had a great weekend,the weather was a bit hit and miss here lovely sunshine one minute pouring with rain the next...we spent yesterday getting our touring caravan ready to go away...I can show you this perpetual calendar that I made for my friends birthday she has received it now...I used a different Pink Gem designs image for each month of the year..Katy has put them all togther to make a collage as the post would have gone on for ever...

As you can see the calendar was made on the 16th March..Hope you like this...My internet is still not being good to me sometimes it's not delivering e-mails haven't a clue where they are going and also mr blogger is not letting me post or get on to some blogs at times so if you have e-mailed me and not recieved a reply please try again and I'm sorry I'm not leaving comment's on everyone blog but I am visiting and keeping up with all of your gorgeous work...Take care..

Football Hoot......

Hi Everyone,
As promised my second post for today...I know I can hear what your saying she's like buses nothing for ages and then two come along,,Anyway this card is made with one of the new stamps from Janet over at Pink Gem Designs he's called football hoot he's soo cute perfect for all the footie men and boys in your life....

I have coloured him with my polychromos pencils blended with sansador..the paper is from my scraps box..I have made the rossette by cutting strips of paper folding them in half  sticking them to a punched circle then stamping my sentiment which is also from Pink Gem Designs and putting it on the top then cutting two tails and sticking them on  the back..I have put glossy accents onto the sentiment,the football and hoots eyes..The best dad sentiment is another Pink Gem Designs one...

Off now to have something to eat..Hope you all enjoy your evening...

Look what I made.....

Afternoon Everyone,
Sorry I didn't get back yesterday but I had to take my lovely old Dad to the doctor's bless him he isn't very well at the moment and needed a blood test,would you belive he's 81 and has never had one before...Wish the same could be said for me..Anyway on to the cards that I have made with the same kit as Christina from A Maze of Memories gave to me....Everything I have used can be got from Christina except the dew drop gems their from my stash...

 On this one I have used the Esater egg stamp from Hero Arts and the sentiment is computer generated..

This one I have done some paper weaving and tied the tulle around again the sentiment is computer generated...

This one I have used some of the background stamps from a Woodware set...

This one I have used both the front and back of the paper....

Cooeee is there anybody there.....

Hi Everyone,
I'm hoping your getting to see this,I have had major problems with my internet this last week and a bit.. here one minute gone for days the next but I'm assured it's back to normal...Poor BT have had a real problem around here some very light fingered people cut the cable at both ends on the main road and attempted to pull it out they wanted the copper to sell but when it didn't work out as they planned they just put the covers back down and disappeared into the night so no one knew what was wrong for a while till it was investigated....Anyway hope you are all well can't wait to get round to all of your blogs and catch up but please bear with me it may take a while,I have some news for you as well Janet over at Pink Gem Designs has released some new super cute stamps look...

On to my Pink Gem Designs DT card I have used Max with his Lamb

I have coloured him with polychromos and blended with sansador..the DP is Arctic frog straighten that tie I can't remember where I got it from as I tend to buy a lot of papers from places that we visit when we are on holiday..the other card,ribbon,buttons and gems are from my stash...

Thank you to all of my lovely followers for still coming to visit even though I couldn't post anything,don't forget you still have a few days to enter my candy I have some more bits to add to it but it's going to be a surprise I will show you a picture of the whole candy when I announce the winner....Take care..

A Gem of a Challenge...Challenge 2

Morning Everyone,
Today see's the second challenge over a A Gem of a Challenge...I would like to say thank you to all those who entered...This month Janet has given us a lovely sketch to follow and she has also put a free digi image for everyone so no excuses pop over become a follower pick up your image and play along we would all love to see what you make...The image is ideal for Mother's Day which if any of you have forgotten is this Sunday here in the UK...This is the card I made....

I've used Get Well Milly from Pink Gem Designs coloured with polychromos pencils and blended with sansodor..the DP is from MME in a pad free with a magazine and the other is from my stash..as are the flowers and gems..The sentiment is from a Papermania set...I'm giving this card to my cousin who is in hospital so hopefully it will cheer her up...Please pop over to the challenge blog and check out the gorgeous cards that my other teamies have made..Have a lovely day...

Oh What a beautiful morning !!!!

Morning Everyone,
It's such a beautiful morning here the sun is shining the birds are singing and I can hear the church bells ringing...Blimey it sounds like I'm turning into a poet...I'm going out to do some gardening after I've done this post,I can't stay in with the sun out like this..Yesterday I finally managed to get hold of the latest copy of Craft Stamper,I don't know if you all know but The lovely Janet from Pink Gem Designs was asked to design the free stamp, and it is gorgeous he's called Horace and he is one of the cutiest little dog's..If you get a chance pop over to the website Janet has some really fantastic offers at the moment including 20% off a selection of stamps in the March special offer while stocks last, so go get a bargain..Also pop over to Janets blog she has very kindly put a free digi image on there for her followers so become a follower of Janet's fabulous blog and you could enter the next A Gem of a Challenge,challenge which will be posted tomorrow the 8th if you have the Craft Stamper magazine you could also use Horace to enter..On to my card now...

This is a waterfall card I'm loving movement in my cards at the moment and this one is for my Godson's  8th birthday on Wednesday..You can find the instructions for making one of these cards here..When you pull the tab at the bottom all of the images flip over I have tried to take the pictures to show you....

Don't know if these do it any justice but I hope you get the idea...I have coloured Horace with my polychromes pencils and blended with sansodor...The sentiments are both Pink Gem Designs...The paper,card ribbon and gems are all from my stash...Here is a close up of the very cute Horace...

Something different....

Hi Everyone,
Hope you've all had a good day, it's been nice here but in the last hour or so it's got really cold...as promised here is something i've been working on over the last couple of weeks....My lovely mum taught me to knit many moons ago but i haven't done any for a long time but fancied having a go again..I saw this pattern and just knew I wanted to knit it,now I just need someone to have a baby or someone to buy it....NO I'm not having one just to use it...

It's a baby blanket and I really loved making it... here's a close up of the pattern..

Hope you all like it....Some of you having been asking about my previous card posted yesterday..It is a card I've made up from using two spring cards..You make two of these cards following the instructions from

splitcoaststampers here, then you don't stick it down as instructed in step 6 leave it free..then put adhesive onto the back of one of the diamonds turn both cards to the side and stick the two diamonds one on top of the other with the straight edges on either side..you will find that when you push it together it will fit into a square envelope hope this helps but if not just e-mail me and I will try and explain it better...Now onto the extra goodies added to my candy for this week here is a picture I will also put the picture onto the candy post at the top...

I'm back to normal !!! ha ha

Hi Everyone,
I think everything is back to normal,or as normal as it can be...My gum infection is a lot better and I don't look like an hamster anymore..we still have the problems with the sewer pipes but that's life...I had the house to myself today for the first time in over two weeks so I set to and did a good old spring clean it was lovely and sunny here so it was a real joy to have all of the windows open, when I had finished I settled down and made my Pink Gem Designs DT card...I love this image it's called Bunny Milly...

I made two of the diamond spring cards and then stuck them together I love this shape of card as you push it together and it fits into a square envelope..I have coloured bunny Milly with polychromos pencils blended with sansodor.....

the paper is from a pad in the Smirks range...The easter eggs are a hero arts stamp which i have coloured again with polychromos pencils and then glittered them and stuck them down the side on some foam pads just to give a bit of dimension....

The flowers are from my stash as are the buttons in the middle of them...The sentiment is also from Pink Gem Designs....This is a side shot of the card to try and show the dimension....Let me know what you think of this shape....I  have lots of things to show you which I have been making...I will be back tomorrow with some more goodies to add to my candy as promised...Off now to load the dishwasher then have a nice soak this housework lark sure takes it out of me..See you all tomorrow...
