Hi Everyone,
Yes I'm still around,but still going to hospital....My Mum is doing a lot better the chest infection has gone...Betty my cousin had a blood transfusion yesterday as she was anemic and now she has to have daily injections to boost her white blood count before her next chemo treatment...Ann-Marie is going on alright,still in hospital though...Katy is not well now,we have been to the Doctors this evening and are waiting for results as she may have glandular fever her best friend is really poorly with it she has an enlarged liver,so we have to keep Katy away from everyone at the momentjust in case,I'm just hoping it's the dreaded bug that's going around and will be gone in a few days....

Glad to hear that your mum has made some improvement. Hopefully the blood transfusion will help Betty and that Ann-Marie continue on the right track too. As for Katie she is unfortunately at the prime age for glandular fever so I really hope it is just viral. My best friend had glandular fever when I was 13 and about 5 of us went down ill and had to be tested but the doctor said it was just the viral side of the illness, hopefully this will be all Katie gets if she has to get anything at all. You really don't need anything else to deal with that's for sure.

Congrats to tina. Mandy you have so much going on your head must be spinning. glad you mom has improved. My dad had to have transfusion because of chemo too. he sadly has been told he'll lose this battle. feel for you in all your worries. Will keep you in my prayers. hugs lin
