Morning Everyone,
Hope you've all had a fab weekend....  last week I had real problems with Mr Blogger,he just didn't want to play with me I kept getting service unavailable error 503,then I couldn't post anything so I have cards to show you from last week but they can wait ...Also on Saturday evening I got up out of the chair and really hurt my back so much so I had to see the emergency Doc yesterday,it seems I've trapped the sciatic nerve, wow is it painful can't sit, stand or lay for any length of time on ibuprofen and paracetamol every 4 hours alternating between the two so that means I'm actually taking them every two hours I rattle quite well now...lol...Anyway enough rambling today see's the start of challenge 19 over at Cards for Men and the theme is Transport,We are being sponsored for this challenge by....

Oh Mandy I do feel for you sooo much, I know how this feels as I live with this pain everyday and will do for the rest of my life. Please please do not leave it, if it has not cleared in a month go back to your doctor because the longer the nerves are trapped the worse it gets. After my accident I was left too long before surgery and that is why I am like I am today but it is the same nerve that causes all the trouble. Anyway moan over although I don't mean to sound like moaning just don't want you to suffer unnessasarily.
The card is gorgeous, I love the image and you coloured it beautifully.

I agree with Kim, take an active approach to getting treatment. Doctors sometimes need to be nudged to do more than write prescriptions and have wait and see attitudes. Mine fooled around for two years and I finally demanded to see a specialist. The specialist recommended surgery and six months later, I was under the knife. I suffered for two years for no reason.
The doc gave you something for pain, but will it fix the problem? If maybe, what is a reasonable amount of time to wait and see? If it doesn't improve, what corrective measures need to be taken? We assume the doc is doing the best for us, but many sadly prefer the easy way; my town is full of those kind.
Best wishes to you. Let us know how it goes.

Oh my goodness Mandy, that sounds so painful. A hot water bottle may help ease the pain?
