Craft Fayre!!!

Finally I'm back..this new windows seven is testing my poor brain I couldn't find my pictures...I had a brilliant day at the craft fayre yesterday..really busy even though the weather was awful still thinking of those poor people up in cumbria...we where up there in July on holiday one of the most beautiful place,s now one of the most tragic... feel so sorry for them so close to christmas as well...anyway this is a pic of my stand thankfully it didn't look like this aat the end I had sold most things all that worrying for nothing....

The Blue Cross did really well not only financial but lots of people volunteering to help by walking the dogs etc..and people arranging to go and see about adopting one of the many animals...these picture's are of one of the rescue dogs called Herbert..

He was an absolute star yesterday he is called a pat dog he has been acessed to go into schools, hospitals, care homes and respite homes to see people and to promote the work the blue cross do..

as you can see he is soo laid back...

I am so proud to support this charity they do wonderful work...hope to be back later with a card..hope your all having a good weekend what ever your doing..take care..
see you later..

Hiya Mandy, and WELL DONE YOU!!!! The cards look fab!! I've made more cards than I use so thinking of donating a load to one of our local rescues!! Do you sell a range of cards for them or do they tend to have an animal theme? Herbert looks adorable, a cocker, I think? I've had one of those on my wish list for 'bout 7 years now but already have two dogs!!

Take care hun and keep up the good work!

Hi Mandy so glad that your Craft Fayre was a success, what a great cause too, love this Irish Setter, they are the most fab dogs, my grandad had one, he was a wee bit silly, but so loving, he kept running away when out for a walk and my grandad was always paying to get him out of the pound.....LOL.....my grandad has been gone for 24 years now, but what a nice memory, thanks for that. Hugs Avril xxx
