Hooked On Crafts Challenge 16....

Hope you've all had a lovely weekend,we spent it shopping for a prom dress for my daughter,so not much time for anything else....Today is time for a new challenge over at Hooked on Craft we are also having a Design Team call,why not check both out here.....Our theme this time is......

SOMETHING BRIGHT!

This challenge will run from 23rd of January until the 4th of February...

With this challenge we want to celebrate summer  in Australia. It could be using bright colours, anything to do with the beach, summer etc...

I've used a cute little bear stamp from Hooked on Craft coloured with promarkers and I've glittered the icing and used glossy accents on the cherry.....

The paper is from an S.I E pad called flourish......The flowers,gems and decorative pin are from Hooked on Craft........The ribbon is from my stash....And the sentiment is from a LOTV set....

A Gem of a Challenge .....

I'm hoping that Mr Blogger has played nicely and published this for me,as we have to be out early this morning....It's time for a new challenge over at A Gem of a Challenge and this time my lovely team mate Lisa has this fabulous sketch for you all.....

Oh no I can hear you saying another easel card........

I've used  Faye with dandelion  from Pink Gem Designs coloured with promarkers........The papers are from my scrap box,I'm trying to use them all up.......

The ribbon,gems,butterflies and pearl brad are from my stash.....The sentiment is from a whimsy stamps set....The flowers are from Mulberry Crafts....

And as before I've decorated the small bit inside and added a tag to write on....

I'll look for some challenges when we get back....

Crafty Ribbons Challenge 11......

A wet miserable day here and very windy as well,a day to stay in and craft,but yet another Doctor's appointment this morning,but maybe when I get home I'll be able to do something....Today is a new Crafty Ribbons Challenge,this time my team mate Carol is hosting and she has the theme of.....

LOVE IS RED & BLACK...

And the team have come up with stunning inspiration for you all.....I've again used a neglected Tilda coloured with polychromos pencils blended with sansador.....

Yes another easel card,told you I had a passion for them again....The papers and cards are all from my stash....

The heart punch is a MS one and I've used my nesties to cut two small hearts,glittered them and attached them to the black ric rac and then to the ribbon,both ribbons are available from Crafty Ribbons......

The flowers are from Mulberry Crafts.....The sentiment is from a Whimsy stamp set....The little red hearts and the pearl brad from my stash.......

I've decorated the small piece inside added another sentiment and a tag to put your greeting on....

Middle of the week already,and time for a new challenge over at Truly Scrumptious....This time my team mate Bente has chosen the theme of......

I've coloured Tilda with polychromos pencils this time blended with sansador...The papers are from Echo Park and the gingham and spot is from my stash...

The flowers are from Mulberry Crafts and the ribbon and gems from my stash.........The sentiment is one from a Kaisercraft set and has been stamped onto kraft card and cut out into a banner...

A little bit about the three disc set...

There are twelve fairies from each season and these are included as decoupage, pyrimage, toppers and more. One Fairyopolis disc covers Spring and Summer Fairies and the second covers Autumn and Winter Fairies. Each of these Fairyopolis CD's has twelve designs sets which include coordinating backing papers, envelopes, notepapers, inserts, tags and pillow boxes, plus they include coordinating papers, borders, alphabets, decoupage, toppers, frame cards and more, giving a total of 4000 elements per CD.

The Fairyopolis project disc includes twenty projects in total, with five projects each for Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. These projects cover beginners, through to intermediate and onto advanced papercrafting.

Cards for Men challenge....

I still say one of you is taking my weekend,because I'm sure I'm not getting one.....Today is my daughter's 16th Birthday she's all grown up now and I can't believe where the time has gone,yesterday was lovely as it seemed to be open house for us with friends and family dropping in with pressies for her for today......Anyway enough whittering from me,today is time for a new challenge over at Cards for Men and our theme is......

BOYS & TOYS......

The team were lucky to get some images to use and for my card I've used "Rafe Robot"...he's coloured with promarkers.....

The paper is both sides of a piece of October Afternoon paper....The card,screw brads and ribbon are all from my stash.....

I've used a woodware punch for my sentiment tag and a Happy Birthday stamp from a  Woodware set.....

The corrugated card is a piece from a box and I've used an EK success punch for the edge of the red card....I've also done some faux stitching around the edges....

Right that's me done off to town to get some bits for dinner tonight,Katy has some friends coming and then they are going out next weekend to celebrate properly......

Truly Scrumptious Challenge ....

Another late DT card today,and it's for Truly Scrumptious the theme is......

SHABBY PASTELS & PAINT.....

But guess who just didn't see the shabby part,yep me so mine is just pastel & paint....lol....I'm sure I've been on another planet since Christmas........

I went with an easel card,have a passion again for them at the moment.....I've again used papers from my bits box and used some paint around the edge....

Sweet Tilda has been coloured with promarkers and flexmarkers....I've used a MS punch for my borders....Ribbon from my stash and the flowers from Mulberry Crafts.....

As you can see I've decorated the little bit inside,just to finish off....

I've made a little pocket and then added two little mats for your message.....The sentiment is from a LOTV set....
