Another candy but this time to celebrate my guest design team place on Pink Gem Designs, Katy's 14th birthday on January 16th 2010 and to say thank you to all my followers and the lovely comments and welcome you have given me. it will run form now until 6pm January 16th 2010.

Sophisticat Challenge!!!

Evening Everyone,
Just got back for the carft fayre, had a lovley time and met lots of new people. It was quite busy and had a very nice atmosphere and do you know what girls?? santa was there and he said you don't have to be good all the time to get presents because everyone's allowed to be naughty sometimes... I should get alot of presents as I've been naughty lots of the time ;) like when... I take my husbands maltesers and blame it on katy... when he asks if I've got a new crafty gadget and I reply noooo I've had it for ages :P anyway you know now how naughty I can be... enough about me and onto my card... this one is for the sophisticats challenge...

I cut a scalloped frame and backed it with silver mirri card, then punched a large snowflake with my woodware punch and then punched a small snowflake with my MS punch and put them in the middle of the frame. I then punched small snowflakes and put blue gems in the centres then stuck them around the frame. the sentiment is one I've had for a long time and can't remember where I got it from. The butterfly is a design objectives punch, punched once in silver and then once in white glitter card, layered up and blue gems put down the body. I wanted to make a simple card.

Die Cut Dreams Challenge!!

Morning all you lovely people ;),

I'm back just managed to get this finished by the skin of my teeth, just getting all of my stuff ready for a craft fayre this afternoon!! Katy's back to normal now, short post because I need to finish getting ready so here's the card, I've used chocolate coloured card and glitter card and being a big chocolate lover I know I like to have a daily supply and I love the sayings so I have used them as a daily thought!!

I have made a little box for it as it's quite wide with the little bars of chocolate that I have used...the card is all from my stash and the chocolate wrappers are from the small bars of chocolate ...

I decided to make a pocket for each day with a thougth for the day and a small choccie...

these are all the sayings..couldn't get one picc that showed them all so you could read them..

All the sayings are from craft work cards....the image that just had to go with it was a Kraftin Kimmie stamp called...piper..i have coloured her with yes you've probably guessed distress inks!!!...

The little cups of hot chocolate on each page also go with Piper..hope I have interpreted the theme correctly..well got to go be back later... will let you know how the craft fayre goes..and I have another card to post..I haven't forgotten that i promised to show something on friday but with Katy being ill I didn't managed to get the card till yesterday to finish it so it will have to be tomorrrow now..see you later...hope your all having a good weekend...

Hope you're all well, sorry I didn't post anything yesterday, but katy was still ill, she's up and about and better today so i will post something this afternoon. Friday Sketchers Challenge!!!!

Evening Everyone,

Not had a good day today..Katy's not very well she has a sickness bug so has been really poorly..she had such a good time yesterday at the theatre but started to fell ill on the way home...so I have been playing around today my kind of day I love it when I can try making an idea that I have and then it comes together can't show you just yet as I need to get some card just to finish it off so it will have to be tomorrow afternoon now..anyway I have made a card for the Friday Sketchers challenge..I have used the same Pink Gem Designs one as before Mimi in coat and scarf I have just coloured her with different colours...

The paper is both sides of a college press sheet called double take..don't know where I got it from as I have had it a while.....the sentiment is from Pink Petticoat Curly Girly sentiments......

The pink and green card is from my stash..the gem dew drops are from tabby Crafts....Don't forget to pop over to Pink Gem Designs Janet has 10% off of her christmas and sentiment stamps but only while stocks last don't miss out on these gorgeous stamps..

Sketch Saturday Challenge!!!!

Evening All you Lovely Girls,
What a day the weather has been awful here today...thought I would post this card before I have to go and pick Katy up from school she has been to the theatre this afternoon to see Blood Brothers..I made this card for the Sketch saturday Challenge using another one of the new Pink Gem Designs  stamps she is called Mimi in coat and scarf ...Don't know if I told you I'm a guest designer for Pink Gem Designs!!!!...LOL.still feeling so honoured...well here she is

I have used my distress inks again don't know when I'll get fed up with them hasn't happened yet!!! The papers are MME Be Loved  from A Maze Of Memories the orange and brown card is from my stash...

I have used  some polar white flower soft on the top of her boots and on her scarf.....the ribbon is some from a debbie moore set..

I ran the orange card throught the star embossing folder......the flower I don't know where I got that have had it for ages and thre gems are from my stash....the sentiment is from Pink Petticoat......sorry this is a short and sweet post but got to rush and get Katy now as the school is on a main road and I won't be able to park...enjoy your evening and I will be back tomorrow with another creation...
